View this Videotribute Betty G. Pittman Mrs. Betty Gurley Pittman, 99, a resident of 623 Morreene Rd. died early Saturday morning at Durham Regional Hospital. Mrs. Pittman was born in Johnston Co. and lived in Wayne Co before moving to Durham in 1971. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church. A Funeral Service will be conducted Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Clements Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Jack Cox and Rev. Ron Christ. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery in Princeton, NC at 3:00 p.m. The family will receive friends at Clements Funeral Home Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Surviving is a son, Kermit L. Pittman of Durham; a daughter, Joyce P. Fletcher and husband Herb of Zelienople. PA one grandchild, Kim Crowley and husband Sean of Worthington, OH; and two great grandchildren, Aidan and Dylan Crowley.
