View this Videotribute MS. MELISSA SOMERS DURHAM: Ms. Melissa Somers, 32, died Tuesday from injuries received in an automobile accident. She was employed by General Services Corporation. Ms. Somers is survived by her husband, Oscar Cordova-Rivera; mother, Kathy Loredo; father, Freddy Manus; sons, Alex Ariza and Alan Cordova; daughter, Anna Ariza; sister, Michele Jimenez; brother, Jarrett Somers; and grandfather, John Tucker. Funeral services will be held Saturday 2 p.m. at Clements Funeral Chapel in Durham. Burial will follow at Markham Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Clements Funeral Home in Durham.
